Do you know how you think through out the day? Have you ever observe how your thoughts come by?  Today I will ask you to do simple exercise .. Please do observe your thoughts throughout the day and try to distinguish out of those how many are positive and how many negative. Now you may remind yourselves that  you’ve achieved anything  best in your life by  visualizing and believing it that can happen to me.
